Function Room Policy

Beverages:

All alcoholic beverages must be supplied and served by Nicholas Restaurant employees. Massachusetts Laws states only persons 21 years of age or older may consume alcoholic beverages.
Nicholas Restaurant has a broad yet discriminating selection of wines for your special occasion.
Nicholas Restaurant has a full bar for your beverage desire. You may choose an Open Bar or a Cash Bar for alcoholic beverages. A Nicholas Restaurant Bartender must accompany an Open Bar request for an additional fee of $85.00.

All function dates will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
To reserve the date and the designated room for your function, a $100.00 deposit is required.
$75.00 of the deposit will be applied for the reservation of restaurant space; $25.00 will be applied to the final bill on the date of your function.
All deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation.
Full payment is required the day of your function.

Package prices are flat fees for your function meal only.
18% gratuity and 5% Massachusetts meal tax will be added to your check the day of your function.
All other fees or additional items selected and purchased will be added to your bill the day of your function .

In the event of a state declared whether emergency all deposits or pre-payments will be applied to your rescheduled function.
All rescheduled events must take place within 120 days from original function date.

Nicholas Restaurant holds no responsibility for the loss or damage of any articles left on the premises.
Nicholas Restaurant reserves the right to withhold service to any guest that may create a dangerous situation for themselves or for others.
Any damage done during a function by the guest of the guest will be recouped by Nicholas Restaurant .
